Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
Khlay Labs is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your package is already in transit with an incorrect address, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Tracking & In-Transit Questions
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
For questions regarding your package while in transit, please contact the carrier. Khlay Labs only has access to the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary.
Khlay Labs is not liable for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received
