How do I track my package?
Once your order status changes from processing to shipped, you will receive an email automatically notifying you of your order being shipped and the tracking number. In some cases, these emails might end up in your spam/junk folder.
When will my package ship?
Once payment has been confirmed. Most all orders confirmed between Monday-Friday and before 2pm est will ship same day. Any orders placed after 2pm est on Friday will ship out on Monday. Excludes holidays in which your package will ship next business day.
Will you provide assistance in my research?
We appreciate your interest in Khlay Labs. Please note, we do not offer support for research Peptides or post purchase assistance. We encourage all buyers to thoroughly review our terms and conditions. Kindly be aware that emails requesting support on product use will not be addressed. Thank you for understanding.
My research product came in a form of a powder. Is this normal?
Yes, Most of our products come in a lyophilized state. (Freeze dried) This is perfectly normal for research peptides. Unless the description states (ML) in which that product will come in a liquid.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Zelle, CashApp and Paypal. In the event there is a charge back. Whether accidental or not. You will be automatically put on our “ do not sell list.” You will also be responsible for a $35 fee plus the original purchase amount.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
NO. All sales are final. There are special cases were we will allow a return or refund. There is up to 30 days from the purchase date for potential exchanges or refunds to be considered. Customer’s will be responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 20% restocking fee for what is being returned or refunded.
Does anything come with my purchase?
No, Only the product you purchase will be included with your purchase.
